Irish Black Tea is known to be bolder, and more robust than English Breakfast tea as it uses Assam Tea. This gives it a more intense flavour, that when added with a milk brings out a new dimension of flavour. This tea is kosher certified and non-irradiated.
Directions: Put 1 tsp of tea in a strainer, then place in cup. Add 8 oz near-boiling water and steep 3-5 minutes. Feel free to adjust to your preference.
