Crystal Sound Baths involve the utilization of meticulously crafted sound bowls made from colored Quartz and silicone, each precisely tuned to different tones. These tones are designed to resonate with specific frequencies within the body, aligning with the corresponding Chakra points. These sessions will be conducted outdoors on the lush grounds of Sanctuary Spa in Gordonsville, Virginia, weather permitting, or can be arranged for private sessions. Lasting 45 minutes, the practitioner will also incorporate community Reiki to aid in relaxation and the harmonization of the Chakras. Each session will be unique, with the note sequence and duration tailored based on the intuitive decisions of the practitioner.

Need to know:
The class capacity is limited to 15 individuals, corresponding to the available number of yoga mats. Should the class reach full capacity and you possess your own yoga mat, kindly inform us, as accommodations may be possible.
Given that sessions are conducted outdoors, background noises are beyond our control and are not attributable to the practitioner. While we endeavor to schedule sessions during quieter periods, external disturbances such as town activities, vehicular traffic, or public transport may occur. Your understanding of this matter is appreciated. Instead of allowing external sounds to disrupt your focus, consider it an opportunity to practice mindfulness in less-than-ideal conditions. Feel free to bring a blanket to place under your mat for added comfort on the grass, as these are not provided. In cases of sudden or ongoing adverse weather conditions, last-minute cancellations may be necessary.
