Community AcuDetoxAcuDetox, also known as NADA Acupuncture, is a variation of Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture that rose to prominence during a significant political movement in New York. This technique has been instrumental in assisting individuals in detoxifying from harmful substances and alleviating associated side effects. Extensive research has underscored its effectiveness in inducing deep relaxation and alleviating stress. The treatment involves a specific five-needle protocol targeting precise points in the ears. These points are renowned for their ability to reduce the "fight or flight" response, offering comfort to individuals struggling with addiction, undergoing detoxification, managing stress-related chronic conditions, or simply seeking relaxation and stress relief. This is done in a community setting.

Qi Gong Our Qi Gong classes combine Daoist and other traditional styles with expertise in Medical Qi Gong. This approach enables our participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of this ancient practice, which involves deliberate movements, breathing techniques, meditation, and additional elements. Some of the styles we offer include Bear's Frolic, Seasonal Qi Gong, Elemental Qi Gong, Meditative Qi Gong, and more.

Crystal Sound BathOur Crystal Sound Bath Meditations are hosted in our Salt Room, during a Salt Therapy treatment. The lights will be dimmed, room quiet, and the ambiance filled with the healing vibration of the Reiki Crystal Bowls. During our class, we ask that there is no talking, phone are turned off, and no distractions so that all can benefit from the relaxation. If you are looking for a Crystal Sound Bath session, for a private event send us over an email with the date/time you are looking for, and how many people will be in your group.

ReikiOur courses are led by our Reiki Grand Master, Joshua Ralls. Alongside traditional Usui Reiki teachings, he integrates diverse modalities like Crystal Reiki, exploration of Chakras beyond the traditional 7, guidance on using Tarot and Oracle Cards, Aromatherapy, Chromotherapy, and many other practices.
