Indian Spice Herbal Tea is packed full of warming, nurturing herbs and spices. A cup of this will warm any coldness that has began to enter the body, and bring warmth and comfort to the heart.
Ingredients: Organic Cinnamon, Organic Fennel Seed, Organic Ginger, Organic Anise, Organic Cardamom, Organic Cloves, Organic Black Peppercorns.
Directions: Put 1-3 tsp of tea in a strainer, then place in cup. Add 8 oz near-boiling water and steep 4-6 minutes. Feel free to adjust to your preference.
