History/Folklore: Peppermint, Bo He, was first recorded in Ancient China in 659 AD and in Ancient Egypt back in 1550 BC. This herb is a great adaptogen for other herbs/oils. When added to formulas full of relaxants, it enhances the effects. When added to formulas with stimulants, it helps to enhance these effects.
